VoIP Inc Standing Its Ground

VoIP Inc is looking to protect Intellectual Property that surrounds its web-based calling services. The company has sent out notices to parties it feels is infringing at this time to let them know it is taking the initial steps to stop them.

VOIP is becoming a more widely used as the web-based calling services begin to emerge and spread. VoIP Inc feels that many of these companies are using their technology in some of the web-based applications being relied on to supply their phone services.

Many of the larger VOIP companies have entered into commercial agreements that allow use of the technology or even the networks that VoIP Inc has in place. There are other companies – usually the smaller ones – that are doing the same but without any compensation for VoIP Inc.

The goal of VoIP Inc is to work out something with the infringing companies in an amicable way. If that can’t be accomplished then VoIP Inc is ready to take its fight to the next level. As one of the leading providers of turnkey Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) communications solutions for service providers, VoIP Inc is set to reap what it deserves from its technological developments.

The VOIP industry has the ability to push revenues of over six billion U.S. dollars annually in just a few years. With more companies eager to get a piece of that money, VoIP Inc is likely to push its rights even further.
