Canadian partnership delivers international VoIP solutions

Canadian companies, Call Center Development Services and Ubity Solutions, Inc., have formed a strategic partnership that gives Call Center Development the ability to offer its popular Centcom call center services internationally, using Ubity Solutions’ VoIP network and technologies.

With this partnership, Call Center Development will use Ubity Solutions’ global-reaching VoIP network and technology to offer the Centcom virtual call center service to companies around the world. The company’s Centcom system currently provides call center communication services to hundreds of North American organisations each day.

Ubity currently supports telephone services in Europe, Asia and South America, which means that Call Center Development will be able to supply its services to those areas too. Ubity Solutions offers business VoIP communication services, VoIP IP-PBX hosting and integration solutions and IP telephony consulting services.

The Centcom Virtual Call Center already provides outbound and inbound communications services to hundreds of companies across North America. Dialing functionality includes predictive, non-predictive and preview dialing, outbound messaging with interactive voice response and automatic call distribution .

Call Center Development Services is a Montreal-based predictive dialer software developer and call centre service provider whose Centcom Virtual Call Centre currently provides inbound and outbound call centre services to companies across North America.
