Internet communications service provider, Gradwell, has reduced its VoIP call charges in order to consolidate its position as one of the top 3 providers of Internet telephony services to SMEs in the UK.
The company, which also provides web hosting and email services, has reduced its peak-rate mobile call charge from 12p per minute to 10p per minute.
The 16.6% price cut is available for calls to the UK’s leading mobile service providers, Vodafone, Orange, O2, T-Mobile and Virgin Mobile.
Rates to callers using ‘3′ remain at 18p and a peak rate of 25.5p per minute will apply to other mobile services.
The company’s minimum call charge is a highly competitive 1.5p per minute and it believes its pricing strategy is clearer and simpler than those of competitors such as BT.
Gradwell provides communications services to over 5,000 clients in the UK. The company is headquartered in Bath.
