US telecommunications company InteleCom, has signed a Letter of Intent with two major companies in China, Panda International Information Technology Co Ltd. and Shanghai NIU Telecom Ltd. The two Chinese companies will focus on the marketing of InteleCom's products and services through their sales and distribution channels to a potential market that includes all Internet, landline and mobile phone subscribers in China.

Panda International Information Technology is a subsidiary of Panda Electronics Group, one of the most recognized names in electronics in China. The company has been listed among the top 100 largest electronics information enterprises in China for 20 consecutive years and was the first Chinese company to enter the international electronics market.

Shanghai NIU Telecom is a subsidiary of KD Ontime Holdings Corporation, a telecom service provider established in 1998. KD Ontime provides VoIP service and VoIP technology support services to customers in China, Japan, Canada, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan and the US.

Together the companies form a formidable marketing team in China where there are 170 million Internet users, 372 million landlines, and 508 million mobile phone users. It is estimated that all of these subscribers are potential VoIP customers through InteleCom's remote calling feature.

InteleCom has provided and marketed universally desirable, highly competitive telecommunication and Internet products and services worldwide since 1997. InteleCom's Internet phone service branded InteleFone is rated at the highest level for voice quality and clarity because the voice compression is processed through DSP chips located in the Internet phones and adapters.

InteleCom's all encompassing vertically integrated VoIP service enterprise has entered the marketplace as a major global force and already has distributors and customers in over 120 countries around the world.
