Knowle-based Tirebuck Career Solutions Limited, has gained 35% cost savings through the installation of a Swyx software-based IP telephony system, from Birmingham-based reseller Ortiga.
The company is also introducing IP Exchange Lines, which should save 40% in costs compared with traditional BT exchange lines.
The telephone system provides all the benefits of business-class VoIP. It is routed directly through the company’s computer system and has resulted in a significant increase in productivity. When a call comes in, the company’s database of clients appears instantly, allowing staff to immediately update the caller’s details.
The system provides the ability to record telephone conversations, allowing recruitment company Tirebuck to record telephone interviews with candidates, and email the interview to their clients for consideration.
The SwyxWare system is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, and all messages are centralised and can be read by staff either in the office or remotely. Staff can be contacted directly by telephone or fax at wherever they are working.
Additional information about the system may be found at www.swyx.com
