For sheer novelty value the VoIP mouse is hard to beat. Currently available from USBfever.com, the three-in-one mouse has an integrated VoIP unit, complete with speaker and microphone.
The speaker connector can be unplugged when not required - when using a laptop speaker for example.
The mouse has a Scroll Wheel, so no need to rely on the scroll bar, and has a sensitivity level of 800 dots per inch. USBfever recommends the mouse for Skype and MSN users, and for travellers.
