Psytechnics joins CA Technology Partner Program

Psytechnics, real time voice, video and multimedia Quality of Experience (QoE) solutions company, has announced that it has joined CA’s Technology Partner Program at the Premier level.
With CA’s Technology Partner Program, companies can use CA technology to build solutions for their customers.
As part of the partnership, the Psytechnics Experience Manager will be integrated with the CA eHealth® Network Performance Manager solution.
To assure business-quality voice service, IT departments and MSPs require detailed, real-time voice quality analysis in addition to traditional VoIP traffic simulation, IP SLA testing and mean opinion score (MOS) based tools.
Psytechnics’ Experience Manager provides call-by-call detail on the actual user experience in real time, which coupled with alarms and root cause analysis enables operations to guarantee much higher service levels.
The integration of Psytechnics’ Experience Manager with the dynamic thresholding algorithms and live trend analysis available with CA eHealth® will provide IT management with a powerful solution for proactively, rather than reactively, managing the health of their voice services.
The Psytechnics’ Experience Manager, launched in September 2006 and now a third generation product, provides IP telephony operators with a user QoE management platform that delivers rapid problem resolution maximizing the user experience and the ROI on the IP Telephony service.
