The new development, Rudder, is an IP based service provider, linking television to the internet with the inclusion of IPTV, and includes applications that boast vast amounts of success, such as gaming and video-on-demand.
A generic service name of “Sonase Digital Phone” will be used, as a result of the Pervasip/VoX/Rudder partnership.
Rudder, lately, has been emerging as a leader in the IPTV industry, and is quite easily available to take advantage of a digital phone service, with benefits being available to both parties on the long term partnership.
As part of a 2 year research and development process, which included a mass of investment, Rudder have studied a range of VoIP options, which allow them to identify VoX as the solution that possess the best scenario for their company.
Rudder has identified the voice quality and back-office capabilities of the solution as the main qualities the VoX solutions possess, and a main factor in the selection of the solution.
