Citrus Telecom is extending its DIGITALK Multiservice Platform with the deployment of IP Virtual Office and Service Numbers.
The company launched VoIP services for residential and business users in 2005, with the deployment of DIGITALK Broadband Telephony and Web calling Card.
Its new offerings, IP Virtual Office and Service Numbers, are targeted at business users, and provide virtual office features and intelligent inbound routing to customers and resellers in over 60 countries.
DIGITALK IP Virtual Office is designed to give SMEs a straightforward and cost-effective, yet professional business communications service.
It offers multiple calling features, network and services management software, full billing, rating and web self-care functionality.
DIGITALK Service Numbers, which provides number translation and inbound call management solutions, can be used effectively in sales and support centres.
Citrus is planning to reduce costs further by migrating TDM services over to IP based DIGITALK Media Application Server infrastructure.
This could cut management and maintenance costs by up to 75%, while helping to ensure continuity of service.
Citrus Telecom is based in London and Bournemouth.
