The Move Channel, a UK-based property portal that helps international estate agents, developers, investors and private owners buy and sell real estate, has adopted Inclarity’s Hosted VoIP telephone system.

The Move Channel used its recent office relocation as an opportunity to deploy a user friendly network that would allow it to save costs and increase productivity.

Inclarity’s hosted VoIP eliminates the need for a company to own or lease a PBX, as this is replaced by a software application on Inclarity’s IP Centrex switch.

The hosted VoIP service allows The Move Channel’s staff to easily redirect their work phone calls to other phone lines, if they need to work remotely for example.

When in the office, there is no need to allocate permanent desks, as staff can use any phone in the office.

The service also offers a number of advanced features such as fax2email.

This has significantly reduced the use of hard copy faxes, as faxes are accessible to all staff on the network.

Using Inclarity’s web based management tools, workers can maintain constant communication with their clients whether they are in the office or on the move.
