ShoreTel Expanding Global Presence

ShoreTe, which is well known for its Pure IP Unified Communications solutions, has produced several new products to tempt its worldwide audience.

To back this up it is going to open up new office sites in several new countries and also seek new distributors in other countries.

Its ShoreTel 8.1 will be released worldwide, with support available in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, and U.S

The 8.1 will also have language support options in Brazilian, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, English (U.S. and UK), French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish (Castilian and CALA), and Swedish.

The company is currently contracted with 17 distributors around the world. They also have multiple reseller agreements practically in Asia where they deal with 40 partners.

The company also has 400 customers who have offices or outlets in mainland Europe.
