snom technology AG is launching a new VoIP phone designed for business users, the snom 820.

The phone combines snom’s tried and tested VoIP technology with the latest in handset functionality and design.

The snom 820 features a high-resolution TFT color display, making it easy to view data through the XML browser.

It supports WiFi standard 802.11 and high-quality sound is ensured with the receiver’s integrated broadband technology.

The snom 820 provides all the usual business functions, including three-way conferencing, multiple ring tones and twelve different SIP identities per phone.

It is VPN capable and supports SRTP and TLS security standards.

The snom 820 is the first in a new product line which will complement the company’s 300 VoIP telephone series.
