snom Flexor CTI for Dynamics CRM announced

Cambridge based Camrivox Ltd, a developer of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software, has joined with snom technology AG, which specialises in VoIP phones, to develop snom Flexor CTI for Dynamics CRM.

The new software combines Dynamics CRM, a customer relationship management system, with snom IP telephony, providing a CTI-CRM solution designed to help businesses maximise their return on investment.

snom Flexor CTI for Dynamics CRM provides advanced telephony functions, including on-screen call control, call logging and management reporting.

The cost-effective system is delivered over the Internet directly to a user’s desktop without the need for additional servers.

This hosted, software as a service model, allows smaller businesses, with limited budgets, to compete with larger enterprises.

For companies who do not wish to host customer data externally, an on-premise version of Dynamics CRM is available.

snom Flexor CTI for Dynamics CRM is designed to complement the existing free snom Flexor CTI for Outlook.

It allows businesses to have some users with CRM and some with only Microsoft Outlook, with all of them having access to the same CTI solution.

“Flexor CTI talks directly to the snom IP handset removing any complex setup with a PBX.”

Camrivox and snom will be demonstrating snom Flexor CTI for Dynamics CRM on Stand C42, Hall 13 at CeBIT, held from March 3rd to 8th in Hannover, Germany.
