Snom users can now make “crystal clear” VoIP conference calls following a partnership deal with audio conferencing service ZipDX.

Snom’s klarVOICE handsets have been integrated with ZipDX to offer wideband audio conference calls, providing, according to snom, “the highest quality and clarity”.

Michael Kneiling, of snom, said: “Wideband VoIP represents the next step in the evolution of IP telephony.

“The combination of ZipDX’s cutting-edge conference 2.0 technology with snom’s klarVOICE powered phones offers businesses a powerful collaboration tool that raises the bar for audio conferencing.”

He added that wideband VoIP enables phone conversations with “crystal clear audio quality”.

Handsets in snom’s klarVOICE range include the MeetingPoint, the 820 desktop phone, and the 3xx series.

ZipDX offers wideband conference calls on a simple and easy no-codes conferencing system.
