Truphone has announced that there are now 11 more Nokia mobile devices that are compatible with the Truphone service.

The Nokia devices allow more mobile users to take advantage of the services and calling plans offered by the mobile service provider.

CEO of Truphone Geraldine Wilson said that TruPhone was first introduced to the public with Nokia so it is great to be able to announce the inclusion of more mobile devices in their service plans.

Wilson went on to say that Nokia is still one of the largest mobile devices manufacturers in the world so it is their goal to make sure that they are compatible with as many Nokia devices as possible.

The new inclusions bring the total amount of TruPhone compatible Nokia mobiles up to 26.

Out of the 26, 14 of the Nokias can be downloaded from the Ovi store from Nokia.

The remaining 11 of the last 12 will soon be added into the Ovi store offerings soon.

Outside of the Ovi Store, the Truphone app can also be found over the air via SMS download from the actual TruPhone website.

The recently added Nokia devices include the N96, N78, N85, N79, 5630, 5800, 5320, 6210, 6220, 6650, and E63.

After downloading the Truphone application Nokia mobile users can choose the Truphone Wi-Fi calling plan or the Truphone anywhere plan.

Additionally, Truphone has also added a mobile VoIP app for all iPod Touch users which makes the traditional MP3 player into a Wi-Fi phone for use.

The application allows iPod Touch users to use their gadget to call other Truphone subscribers or to contact contacts on Skype or GoogleTalk.
