IP phone company Shoretel has announced further investment in the Middle East following its launch in the region earlier in the year.
The company is showcasing its unified communications solution at the Gitex Technology Week in Dubai, from 18th to 22nd October, as part of its marketing drive.
Tom Perry, Shoretel’s Director of Marketing, EMEA, said: “VoIP is a flourishing market in the Middle East, and we’re confident that we’ll mirror the same success here that we’ve had in the in the US and Europe with our brilliantly simple solutions and low total cost of ownership.”
ShoreTel will demonstrate its Contact Centre 5.1 solution at the event.
The easy to use application has been upgraded with support for seven additional languages.
Advanced reporting features have also been added to improve customer service while reducing deployment and maintenance costs.
Shoretel is due to report its financial results for its fiscal first quarter on 28 October 2009.
