VoIP for business specialist, Gradwell dot com Ltd, has called its recent success in the Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association (ITSPA) Awards the perfect start to 2009.

The company won the ITSPA Best Business VoIP 2008 award at a ceremony at the House of Commons, in December.

The awards were judged on a range of criteria, including reliability, user-friendliness, design, innovation, price and value for money.

Eli Katz, Chairman of ITSPA, said Gradwell provided the best all-round voice service for the UK business community, with features including multiple telephone numbers, call queuing, and full support for remote workers.

Gradwell’s MD, Peter Gradwell, said: “This ITSPA award is the icing on our 10-year birthday cake – and it could not have been achieved without the excellent workforce that Gradwell has at its – and its customers’ – right hand.”

Gradwell, which is based in Bath, provides a range of email hosting, website hosting and Internet Telephony Services to 7,500 UK customers.

Its VoIP packages allow businesses to benefit from all the features of office-based telephony at a fraction of the cost.

It offers packages for single users, multiple users, and customers requiring VoIP trunks for their own PBX’s, starting at £3 a month.
