TynTec, which specialises in mobile messaging services has entered into a partnership with VoIP provider Callforeign.
CallForeign will use TynTec to deliver SMS messages to mobile phones, sent either from the Internet or from a mobile application.
The ability to send SMS messages internationally via the Internet promises significant cost savings for Callforeign’s customers, who will be able to log on from anywhere in the work through dedicated international SMS delivery portal.
TynTec’s SMS MT service will ensure that every message sent is delivered within 15 seconds to more than 450 networks.
Callforeign’s COO, Henry Ong, said: “As more and more VoIP offerings come on the market, differentiation is increasingly crucial. Delivering SMS in this way adds to our mobile presence by giving our users a unique valuable extra service direct from our platforms”.
Last months TynTec was selected to provide Unity Mobile with SMS delivery capabilities and long numbers for inbound services.
